Returns Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Refunds or replacements are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders.

Once orders are shipped, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost parcels, or customs issues.
